– Please remember that at the time of check-in, you must leave a cash security deposit with the person in charge. This will be returned at check-out after the property has been handed over in optimal condition. Deposit amounts are as follows:

For cabins: COP $100,000
For Casa Minka: COP $500,000

– Your reservation includes 1 jacuzzi fill per night. If you would like an additional fill, it has a cost of COP $50,000.

– Pets are welcome; please remember to add them to your reservation. An additional fee applies.

Important things to keep in mind:
• We follow biosecurity protocols within the condominium
• Parties and loud noises are not allowed
• The use of psychoactive substances is not permitted
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property (no visitors or service staff)

Note: The area is very safe, and our staff is fully trustworthy. We are not responsible for valuables or cash. Each guest is responsible for taking care of their personal belongings and any items they bring with them.
